- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I can't think of a time when I felt compelled to write about the DMV in a positive light, but that had now changed. Our experience here was overall excellent! We needed new licenses after moving to Yakima and came here on a random Wednesday morning. Despite a bit of a crowd, we moved through faster than any DMV prior. Checking in was quick and the two folks at the desk directed us like they'd 1. Done it before and 2. Like they actually cared. After receiving our random number, we were helped within 5 minutes at one of the 9 desks. The flow was quick and relatively painless. The agents were friendly and had just enough spunk to keep us on our toes, but without trending towards having too much attitude! All in all, a surprisingly pleasant experience in a place we expected to be underwhelmed. Well played DMV!By Matt Uhlman, August 02, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience to renew a drivers license! Very poor customer service. Employees need to be retrained with providing excellent service to the public.
